In the ever-evolving landscape of India’s electric mobility revolution, there are a few names that stand out—not just for innovation, but for determination, vision, and the courage to solve real-world problems. One such name is Mr. Gajendra Singh Kashyap, the visionary mind behind the Sathi Magnetiser. For many years, Mr. Kashyap closely observed the challenges faced by erickshaw drivers across the country. The rise of electric rickshaws brought hope for affordable transportation and employment, but it also introduced a serious issue—inefficient magnet charging systems. Drivers struggled daily with reduced battery performance, frequent breakdowns, and increasing maintenance costs. These problems not only affected their income but also their confidence in electric mobility. Unlike others who accepted this as a limitation, Mr. Kashyap saw it as a challenge waiting to be solved. Driven by concern and a deep sense of responsibility towards society, he began researching the root cause of these issues. Days turned into months, and months into years. His journey was not easy—it was filled with failed experiments, financial risks, and countless sleepless nights. But his consistency, dedication, and belief in innovation kept him moving forward.
He understood that the core issue lay in the magnet charging process—a critical yet often overlooked component in e-rickshaw performance. Determined to find a solution, he worked tirelessly to develop a system that could enhance efficiency, improve durability, and reduce operational costs.
Finally, in 2014, his relentless efforts bore fruit. Mr. Gajendra Singh Kashyap successfully recerate the Magnet Charger in india, a groundbreaking solution that revolutionized the way magnet charging was done in e-rickshaws & Speakers. This innovation was not just a product—it was a milestone in India’s electric innovation journey.
